Federal Territory Awards

In conjunction with the Federal Territories Day on 1 Feb 2017, The new Agong (King) had accorded various awards and honors to the list of 375 worthy recipients.

A. Darjah Seri Utama Mahkota Wilayah carrying the title: Datuk Seri Utama
Recipients: - Tun Abdul Ghafar Baba, Tan Seri Mohamad Zabidi Zainal

B. Darjah Seri Mahkota Wilayah with the title Datuk Seri
Nineteen recipients including Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan, Datuk Johari Abdul Ghani and Tan Seri Mazidah Abdul Majid.

C. Pahlima Mahkota Wilayah with the title Datuk
Recipents: Awarded to 76 persons including Dr Rose Lena Lazemi, Dr Junaida Lee Abdullah and Datuk  Dr Azuhan Mohamaed.

FEDERAL TERRITORIES DAY 2015

In conjunction with Federal Territories Day, on 1st Feb 2015, 365 recipients are getting medals and awards of various standing. The international Hong Kong Star, Jackie Chan, is one of them. He is  is among the 71 recipients who would be conferred the Panglima Mahkota Wilayah, carrying the title Datuk.

Leading the recipients, with  the Seri Utama Mahkota Wilayah (SUMW) award, carrying the title of “Datuk Seri Utama” is the Attorney General Tan Sri Gani Patail.

The awards are to be conferred by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Alhaj Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah at Istana Negara today.

In celebration of the Malaysian Federal Territories Day on 1 Feb 2012, the king of Malaysia agreed to confer awards of honor to various groups of citizens who had contributed to the nation.
