In conjunction with the birthday of the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V's 46th on 11 Nov 2015, the Sultan had agreed to accord awards of various levels to 582 worthy recipients. The occassion was carried out In the investiture at the Istana Balai Besar today,
