It is time to honor those who had contributed to the society or the nation. In conjunction with the 72 birthday of yang dipertua negeri melaka, 934 people were given various awards
1. Darjah Utama Negeri Melaka (DUNM) -
a. Datuk Seri Utama Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
b. Datuk Seri Utama Dr Ng Yen Yen minister of tourism.
2. Darjah Gemilang Seri Melaka
a. Datuk Seri Tun Zaki Tun Azmi - chief justice.
3. Darjah Cemerlang Seri Melaka (DCSM), with the title Datuk Wira.
Three people – the chief confidential secretary to the Prime Minister’s office Datuk Ab Aziz Kasim, Media Prima Sdn Bhd executive director Datuk Ahmad Abdul Talib and Deputy Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin – will receive the Darjah Cemerlang Seri Melaka (DCSM), with the title Datuk Wira.
