It was reported on 14 January 2016, 725 people received honours and awards of various titles. The awards were given conjunction with the 68th birthday of Negri Sembilan Yang di-Pertuan Besar Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir.
The awards was lead by the former Universiti Selangor vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Kamarudin Kachar.
A. Darjah Seri Setia Negeri Sembilan Yang Amat Cemerlang (SSNS), which carries the title Datuk Seri.
- Prof Datuk Kamarudin Kachar. He was the sole recipients.
B. Darjah Dato’ Paduka Negeri Sembilan, which carries the title Datuk.
- The state Malay Customs and Culture Committee chairman Abd Razak Ab Said, social activitist Datin Halimah Mohd Said, Seremban High Court judge Datuk Wira Kamaludin Md Said, Public Service director-general Tan Sri Mohamad Zabidi Zainal and IJM Corporation Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Soam Heng Choon.
C. Darjah Setia Tuanku Muhriz Yang Amat Gemilang, which also carries the title Datuk.
- Architect Datuk Ar Hajeedar Abdul Majid and social activist Datin Vivienne Leong Foong Lai.
D. Darjah Setia Bakti Negeri Sembilan, which comes with the title Datuk.

- Works Ministry deputy secretary-general Abdul Razak Jaafar, former Kuala Pilah assemblyman Adnan Abu Hassan, Seri Pajam Development group chairman Ten Ah Man, Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations deputy director-general Aminahtun A. Karim, Syariah Appeals Court judge Arsad Abdul Samad, Negri Sembilan Development Corporation chief executive officer Hasnul Mohamed, Kuala Pilah MIC chief M. Kalidas and SWM Environment Sdn Bhd board member Lim Yew Boon.
